Warranty

The warranty for fleXer PPG propeller is issued for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Warranty does not cover:
  • damage caused in transport,
  • damage caused by the fault of the user,
  • defects resulting from improper use of the product, contrary to its intended use or information contained in the manual,
  • attempts to repair or modify the propeller by the buyer or unauthorized service.
• The customer is obliged to deliver the product to Aeroplan.
• The customer sends the parcel at his/hers own expense. COD shipments will not be accepted.
• In the case of sending the product that are not covered by the warranty – due to damage or other defects caused by the user – the product will be returned to the customer at his/hers expense.
• We try to make the support handling time as short as possible. The customer will be informed immediately if the repair time is extended for reasons beyond Aeroplan’s control.

In the case of sending products under warranty, it is necessary to:

• complete the online form in the customer panel on the aero-plan.pl website
• safe packing of the products in order to reach Aeroplan undamaged. The sender is responsible for the products in transport
