Material: carbon fiber (Carbon) – composite, carbon-epoxy, core-based propeller blade structure with additional carbon reinforcement of the leading edge and a carbon spar.
Aeroresponsive properties– Aeroresponsiveness – a completely unprecedented property of non-adjustable propellers in flight. W tym przypadku mamy do czynienia z hybrydą zależności skutecznego kąta natarcia od sił masowych i aerodynamicznych jednocześnie. W ujęciu praktycznym, skutkuje to lepszym adaptowaniem się parametrów śmigła do potrzeb, czyli np.:
- uzyskując określony ciąg statyczny na ziemi, nie tracimy go tak szybko przy wzroście prędkości postępowej
- przy dużej mocy do startu osiągamy równie dobre parametry w locie z dużą prędkością
- przy porównywalnym do innych śmigieł ciągu statycznym możemy uzyskać np. lepsze (szybsze) wznoszenie przy max. prędkościach lotu
- ekonomia lotu i pracy silnika poprawia się z powodu mniejszego zapotrzebowania na obroty (RPM) do lotu poziomego. Ten sam mechanizm nie pozwala też śmigłu na zbytnie „rozkręcanie” się w locie przyspieszonym, co dobrze wpływa z kolei na resurs.
Moment odśmigłowy „Torque Effect” – czyli moment „skręcający”, na który składają się tak momenty bezwładności jak i aerodynamiczne siły oporu (moment oporowy). Jest to parametr szczególnie ważny dla komfortu i bezpieczeństwa lotu oraz poprawności sterowania paralotnią. Śmigła fleXer poprzez bardzo niską masę oraz wysoką sprawność obniżają ten efekt do ekstremalnego minimum a dodatkowym, wyczuwalnym efektem powyższych cech na plus jest uzyskiwanie pełnej mocy natychmiastowo, na żądanie.
Ciche i wydajne – dopracowany profil o wysokiej sprawności i przemyślana nietypowa geometria wpływają na redukcję szkodliwych oporów oraz skutkują cichą pracą, a także lepszym przełożeniem mocy silnika na ciąg śmigła w jego pełnym zakresie prędkości.
Bezresursowe – zastosowanie wysokojakościowych materiałów i profesjonalnego procesu produkcji sprawia, że trwałość i jakość parametrów śmigła jest niewrażliwa na warunki atmosferyczne oraz ilości przepracowanych przez śmigło godzin. Ewentualna wymiana uszkodzonej łopaty nie wymaga wysyłki całego śmigła do producenta a tylko podania jednego z numerów kompletu.

How to read the hole matrix?
6M6d50 or otherwise 6xM6/d50 means 6 screws with a diameter of M6 spaced at a diameter of 50 mm.
Warranty
The warranty for fleXer PPG propeller is issued for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover:
- damage caused in transport,
- damage caused by the fault of the user,
- defects resulting from improper use of the product, contrary to its intended use or information contained in the manual,
- attempts to repair or modify the propeller by the buyer or unauthorized service.
- The customer is obliged to deliver the product to Aeroplan.
- The customer sends the parcel at his/hers own expense. COD shipments will not be accepted.
- In the case of sending the product that are not covered by the warranty – due to damage or other defects caused by the user – the product will be returned to the customer at his/hers expense.
- We try to make the support handling time as short as possible. The customer will be informed immediately if the repair time is extended for reasons beyond Aeroplan’s control.
In the case of sending products under warranty, it is necessary to:
- complete the online form in the customer panel on the aero-plan.pl website
- safe packing of the products in order to reach Aeroplan undamaged. The sender is responsible for the products in transport
Maitenance
fleXer propellers are made of carbon fiber which gives them great durability. High rotational speeds of the propellers mean that hitting even very small objects such as sand or stone can damage the blade. If your propeller is damaged, please contact us to analyze the possibility of repair. Note: self-repair may adversely affect the safety of using the propeller.
